A most hearty and highly appreciated address of welcome was given by Dr. George Creelman, President of the Agricultural College, and was briefly responded to by the Secretary, H. R. Lewis.</p><p>The total registered attendance for the week was 58, being the best attended convention ever held.</p><p>Minutes of the 1917–18 convention were read and approved. The Secretary and Treasurer's report for 1918–19 was presented, ordered approved and spread on the minutes.
