摘要

通过育性和花性状评价了芥菜(Brassica juncea)细胞质雄性不育系(0912A)的雄性不育性和播种力。以0912A及其保持系(0912B)为母本,5个典型自交系为父本,选育10个F1杂交种,研究雄性不育细胞质和杂种优势的影响。结果表明,0912A不育性稳定完成,育性和不育株率均为100%,结实率正常。产量相关性状杂种优势明显,品质性状杂种优势不明显。雄性细胞质对单株重有明显的负向影响,但雄性细胞质F1的杂种优势仍然显著。不同核遗传背景下,雄性细胞质对杂交性状的影响不同,选择合适的父本可以减少或消除细胞质的负面影响。
