摘要

医学法学人才的培养有利于减少和预防医患纠纷的发生。但复合型教师队伍结构不合理、课程体系不合理、重理论轻实践等是导致人才培养目标长期无法实现的主要原因。临床专家的参与将为解决这一困境提供新的途径和视角。通过从医学而非法学的角度培养预防和解决医患纠纷的技能，有望打破医学与法律的鸿沟，解决医学法学人才培养中的问题。

The talents training of medical law may be benefit for the reduction and prevention of doctor-patients disputes.
