摘要

分析了光伏电池在短路和开路条件下的参数灵敏度,确定了光伏电池基本参数对其电特性的影响。应用MAPLE软件,通过分析特定参数的局部参数梯度,定量计算辐照、温度和模型参数对光伏组件电特性的影响。提取了单晶硅、多晶硅和CIGS五种光伏组件的直流模型参数。在光伏组件建模中选取了影响最大的5个参数,实验结果表明所设计的模型具有较高的精度。
