A Structural Equation Modelling was applied using Partial Least Squares to test five hypotheses. The results supported that social innovation capability has a positive and direct effect on social value creation, social marketing achievements and enterprise social performance. Similarly, these last two showed a direct effect on social value creation. Particularly, it was identified that social innovation capability had the greatest effect on social value creation. 摘要

社会企业需要开发基于其主动性的创造社会价值的流程,通过创新的战略寻找社会问题的解决方案。本研究旨在探讨社会创新能力、社会营销成果和企业社会绩效对墨西哥社会企业社会价值创造的影响。对墨西哥106名社会企业管理人员进行了一项解释性和横断面研究。采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型对5个假设进行检验。研究结果支持社会创新能力对社会价值创造、社会营销成果和企业社会绩效具有正向、直接的影响。同样,后两者也显示出对社会价值创造的直接影响。其中,社会创新能力对社会价值创造的影响最大。讨论了研究结果的意义。
