摘要

眼镜作为人脸图像中最常见的遮挡物,对人脸识别性能影响很大。为了提高戴眼镜的识别率,需要将眼镜从正面人脸图像中去除。提出了一种基于主成分分析和独立成分分析的人脸二阶统计特征和高阶信息提取算法,较好地刻画了人脸的细节特征。为了消除畸变,采用了灰度补偿算法,戴眼镜后的图像不参与特征空间的训练。人脸重建采用迭代补偿算法。仿真实验结果表明,通过耶鲁人脸数据库,采用本文方法合成的图像没有了戴眼镜的痕迹,看起来更加自然,有效地提高了戴眼镜人脸图像的特征和人脸识别率。
