Abdominal tuberculosis (TB) is common in developing countries especially in South Africa in the era of HIV/ AIDS, and many of them present with surgical abdomens, however abdominal tuberculosis causing intussusception is very rare even in South Africa. We present such a case of adult intussusception due to intestinal TB.
