摘要

本研究的目的是揭示耐盐细菌嗜盐杆菌(Chromohalobacter sp.)在盐水条件下利用不同芳香烃(对羟基苯甲酸、萘、菲和芘)的能力。确定了芳烃的降解途径。用PCR扩增确定了双加氧酶的基因区。确定了儿茶酚1、2双加氧酶和原儿茶酚3、4双加氧酶可能的基因区。根据PCR扩增和酶测结果,嗜盐杆菌通过邻位裂解s-酮己二酸途径利用芳烃。本研究结果表明,该分离物可用于芳香烃污染的盐水环境的生物修复研究。
