Factors contributing to superior gluteal nerve injury during cephalomedullary nailing of femoral fractures
Operative treatment of femoral fractures using intramedullary nailing is considered as the gold standard technique; despite safety and minimal invasiveness, it is prone to some complications, of these is the persistent abductor lurch even after complete fracture healing.
