The goal is to understand the levels of quality of work life in a team with a lot of professionals from different areas in a geriatric clinic. 34 employees have participated, from 3 sections of the clinic, 10 professionals from the support section, 6 from the health section and 18 from nursing section. All professionals have answered 78 questions of the Quality of Working Life Questionnaire (QWLQ-78). At the end, the statistics have been analyzed by the program SPSS version 19.0 (ANOVA p 0,05).
