摘要

研究了改性纳米金刚石(MND)在钴、镍离子作用下对豚鼠皮肤的保护作用。在铬离子作用于动物皮肤时,未发现MND的保护作用。这种差异与MND对有色金属离子的不同吸附特性有关。体外实验表明,MND能吸附水中的钴离子和镍离子,不与水中的铬离子结合。讨论了MND作为预防金属二价离子引起的变应性皮炎新药的应用前景。
