摘要

本试验研究了用含单宁树叶代替粗饲料对骆驼消化率、营养摄入量和水分摄入量的影响。以15头哺乳期中期骆驼(平均体重554 kg)为研究对象,研究了树叶对泌乳的影响。按体重和产奶量分为3组,粗精比为70:30。粗饲料成分包括作物残茬,即花生秸秆(GS)、瓜尔瓜(GP)和海参叶(KL)/pala叶(PL)的不同比例。t0组GS与GP的比例为50:50,t1组GS、GP与KL的比例为40:40:20,t2组GS、GP与PL的比例为40:40:20。结果表明,与其他组相比,饲粮20%的骆驼的DM和OM消耗较低(P<0.5),但CP消化率的提高与干旱和半干旱生态中饲料生物量的经济利用有关。
