摘要

研究了槲皮素、芦丁、没食子酸和单宁酸4种酚类化合物对瓜类果蝇的阻卵作用。除芦丁外,其他酚类化合物在选择性和非选择性条件下均能有效降低产卵量。此外,对其对雌性瓜蝇产卵的影响的观察表明,在选择和多项选择测试中,在槲皮素、没食子酸和单宁酸处理的基质上产卵的平均数量显著减少。芦丁对无选择条件下的产卵行为无影响。在多项选择条件下,芦丁显著减少平均产卵次数。我们的研究结果清楚地证明了酚类化合物的阻卵活性。
