Molecular detection of some virulence genes of S. pneumoniae such as pneumolysin (ply), autolysin A (LytA), Neuraminidase (NanA), Luminescence luxS, capsular polysaccharide synthesis (cpsA), pneumococcal surface antigen A (psaA), αEnolase (Eno ) by using PCR primer.
