摘要

为了创造一个以研究人员为中心的透明、健全的学术交流生态系统,我们开发了一个将区块链技术应用于开放的同行评审系统的系统。在本研究中,基于Hyperledger Fabric开发了一个开放的同行评审系统,Hyperledger Fabric是一个私有区块链。本系统可与现有投稿管理系统的审稿人推荐模块对接操作。在审稿人推荐模块中,审稿人通过排除共同作者和同事进行专业知识测试来推荐审稿人。区块链系统执行基于智能合约的开放式同行评审流程,而提交管理系统则选择评审者进行同行评审。服务代理在这两个系统之间进行数据交换。本文开发的系统有望成为开放科学时代以研究人员为中心的学术交流模式,最大限度地减少出版商的干预,以作者和审稿人(作为研究人员)为中心。

It is task of Asian editors to pledge the journal quality and broaden the visibility and accessibility. Therefore, its scope includes the followings in the field of science, technology, and medicine.
