摘要

目的:使用超宽场(UWF)扫描源光学相干断层扫描(SSOCT)系统(Silverstone,Nikon Healthcare Japan,Inc,Tokyo,Japan)研究一系列外围晶格变性病例。方法:自2022年8月1日至2023年7月31日,纳入16例周围性晶格变性患者的19只眼。他们都接受了UWF-SSOCT检查。对视网膜、玻璃体的解剖结构和相关的病理变化进行了评估。结果:UWF-SSOCT显示了晶格变性患者视网膜和玻璃体的各种解剖变化。12例15眼UWF-SSOCT图像清晰,8眼局部视网膜变薄,7眼玻璃体牵引,2眼玻璃体脱离,3眼视网膜断裂。结论:UWF-SSOCT是了解周围性晶格变性的解剖变化和病理生理学的有用工具。
