摘要

新冠肺炎患者的主动脉血栓形成研究很少,最近有报道称与该疾病的疫苗有关。本研究的目的是报告我院三个月内与新冠肺炎疫苗相关的五例主动脉血栓形成病例。评估了5例主动脉血栓形成病例,其中3名女性和2名男性,年龄分别为29岁、49岁、51岁、60岁和79岁。四例血栓涉及胸主动脉,一例涉及腹主动脉,在肾脏、脾脏、肝脏、上肢和下肢发现栓塞。对四肢进行栓塞切除,对腹部动脉进行抗凝治疗。患者恢复良好,维持抗凝治疗。主动脉血栓形成并不常见,但在本系列病例中与阿斯利康疫苗有关。
