摘要

合成了具有8个硫原子的对叔丁基四巯基四硫代杯[4]芳烃1,总收率高(80%)。制备化合物1所遵循的合成策略是基于Newman和Kwart热重排。用N,N-二甲基噻氨基甲酰氯在温和条件下处理对叔丁基四噻杯[4]芳烃2,得到四O-噻氨基甲酰基衍生物,该衍生物在热转位下以定量产率得到S-噻氨基甲酰衍生物。用水合肼处理重排产物得到化合物1。1在固态中采用的构象通过对作为1,3-替代物的单晶的X射线衍射研究证明。
