When the solid-liquid interface bends periodically, the expression of solute distribution in the columnar crystal zone was deduced, and the quantitative calculation was also made. The results show that the bulge and the interdendritic spacing are responsible for the flow speed of interdendritic melt. At the initial stage of solidification the bulge operates, and at the final stage the interdendritic spacing operates. 摘要

详细分析了铸坯过程中各因素对枝晶间熔体流动速度的影响。推导了固液界面周期性弯曲时柱状晶区溶质分布的表达式,并进行了定量计算。结果表明,凸起和枝晶间间距是影响枝晶间熔体流动速度的主要因素。在凝固的初始阶段,凸起起作用,而在最后阶段,枝晶间间距起作用。铸坯宏观偏析的实验结果验证了枝晶间熔体流动速度的计算结果,表明计算结果与实验结果基本一致。
