The results indicate that the composites with higher thickness show better sound absorption at higher frequencies when compared to the natural wool and composites with lesser thicknesses. 摘要

皮革工业产生的含铬固体废物的处理对全世界的制革商构成了重大威胁。在此,我们提出了一种策略,利用铬剃须废料的吸声应用与天然纤维,羊毛混纺。采用压缩成型方法制备了不同厚度、不同比例的复合材料,并对其进行了扫描电镜、孔隙率测量和拉伸强度分析等表征。采用双传声器阻抗管法对复合材料的吸声性能进行了评价。结果表明,与天然羊毛和厚度较小的复合材料相比,厚度较大的复合材料在高频处具有更好的吸声效果。因此,这种材料可以作为吸声材料,从而铺装皮革废料的替代利用。
