Observation of intraocular pressure changes after laser surgery. \n \n \nResults \nGroup A large spot and group B small spot get high intraocular pressure two hours later (Increased IOP 8 mmHg).There was no significant difference between the two groups, intraocular pressure increased 24 hours later (Increased intraocular pressure 8mmHg). \n \n \nConclusions \nThe small-spot YAG laser in the peripheral iridectomy produces iris depigmentation, causes inflammatory response, increase intraoc-ular pressure. 摘要

目的比较大、小斑点YAG在虹膜切除术前植入术中的临床意义。方法将70例患者随机分为A组和B组,A组34例使用大YAG斑虹膜周围激光(250um能量,总能量11- 13mj在上11点至1点方向虹膜根部穿孔约1×2mm) B组33例使用小YAG斑虹膜周围激光(100um能量,总能量11- 13mj在上11点至1点方向虹膜根部穿孔约1×2mm)。激光术后眼压变化的观察。结果A大斑组和B小斑组2 h后眼压升高(IOP升高8 mmHg)。两组间差异无统计学意义,24小时后眼压升高(升高8mmHg)。结论小点YAG激光外周虹膜切除术使虹膜色素脱色,引起炎症反应,增加眼内压。较大光斑YAG激光虹膜切开术在虹膜外周边缘成孔方面具有优势,对临床虹膜激光钻孔尤其对虹膜间质较厚、色素较多的患者有临床意义。关键词:YAG激光器;周边虹膜切除术;眼内压
