The results demonstrate that the overall brick material resources are unevenly distributed; their density will increase over time, and the density core will present a trend of first gathering and then dispersing. 摘要

如何合理地保护、升级或改造老旧社区,如何合理利用老旧社区所含的物质资源,以及如何处理拆建垃圾的产生,是中国天津城市更新过程中亟待解决的问题。本研究以中国天津市中心城区的砖混住宅结构为例,提出阶段性更新方案。基于核密度分析法和标准差椭圆法,研究了各拆除阶段市中心将产生的废砖的空间集聚趋势和分布方向。结果表明:整体砖料资源分布不均匀;它们的密度会随着时间的推移而增大,密度核呈现先聚集后分散的趋势。基于资源的时空分布特征,制定城市资源循环利用体系是实现可持续发展的必要条件。
