The device based on p-Yb 0.6 Co 4 Sb 12 and n-Fe 2.0 Co 2.0 Sb 12 , fabricated by using the solid state microwave. 8-couples of legs connected and attached to alumina substrates by Ag paste–Cu plate–Ag paste electrodes, with dimensions of 25 mm by 25 mm were used to fabricate the device. The maximum output power (P max ) and the open-circuit voltage (V oc ) was estimated based on the temperature difference (∆T) of 210 K and the hot-side temperature (T H ) of 603 K  for the module. We found the obtained open-circuit voltage (V oc ) was 18.046 mV and the maximum output power (P max ) was 12.732 μW. 摘要

本研究制作了热电发电(TEPG)装置(D)。采用固体微波技术制备了基于p- yb0.6 co4sb12和n- fe2.0 co2.0 sb12的器件。采用尺寸为25mm × 25mm的Ag - cu - Ag - paste电极将8对支腿连接并附着在氧化铝基板上。根据模块的温度差(∆T)为210 K,热侧温度(T H)为603 K,估算出模块的最大输出功率(P max)和开路电压(V oc)。得到开路电压(voc)为18.046 mV,最大输出功率(pmax)为12.732 μW。戴奥。: http://dx.doi.org/10.31257/2018/JKP/2019/110114
