Based on the arrival time of returned products following Poisson distribution, the returns production with lot-size processing method and the nonzero lead time of manufacturing/remanufacturing, a rational cost function of inventory control was established. Then the genetic algorithm was used to solve the inventory cost function so as to obtain the optimum solution of inventory checking periods, safe inventory point, production lot-sizes and processing lot-sizes of returns production. 摘要

为完善企业库存控制策略,优化企业内外逆向物流的库存控制参数,应用周期盘点策略,提出了一个有利于模拟真实物流运行的多源库存控制模型。基于泊松分布下的退货时间、批量生产方式下的退货生产和制造/再制造的前置时间不为零,建立了合理的库存控制成本函数。然后利用遗传算法求解库存成本函数,得到库存检查周期、安全库存点、生产批量和退货加工批量的最优解。通过算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,该模型可以帮助企业实施多源库存控制策略。
