Carrier waves in photomixer illuminated with a laser induced interference pattern
We present a model of carrier waves photo-generated with a moving interference pattern in photomixer based on an ultrafast photoconductive material. The existence of two propagating carrier modes and two heavily damped diffusive modes is demonstrated.
