材料与方法:选取2017年1月1日至2018年1月1日在Adnan Menderes大学医学院呼吸ICU住院的患者。65岁及以上的患者被归类为老年组，而65岁以下的患者被归类为非老年组。比较两组的人口学、临床和实验室特征。还评估了影响老年组死亡率的参数。
