The cooperation method of different multi-processors is discussed. The multi-processors system consists of DSP, ARM and Nios II processors is introduced. And the whole structure of the system and the structure of each subsystem are given. Then a measurement instrument integrated with simple digital oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer using this multi-processors system is realized.
