摘要

在土压平衡盾构掘进机掘进中,一般采用土壤调理技术,通过注入添加剂改善开挖后的渣土的性能,以提高掘进机的性能。因此,在模拟TBM设备开挖性能的数值模型中应用土壤调节是很重要的,但目前对模拟土壤调节方法的相关研究还很缺乏。因此,在本研究中,设计了一个实验室加压叶片试验装置来评估条件土的特性。利用该装置对泡沫条件下的土体进行了不同剪切速率的叶片剪切试验,并用离散元法(DEM)对试验进行了数值模拟。最后,通过对比试验和分析结果,确定了DEM中颗粒的接触特性,表明了压力叶片试验和DEM模型在用DEM模拟TBM开挖模型中土壤调节的适用性。
