摘要

目的本研究旨在描述职场群体攻击的表现,并记录其形成的条件。设计和方法本探索性研究采用定性描述性研究设计,通过对14名消防员的个人访谈进行。结果对41例群体攻击事件进行分析,发现6种典型情景和21种支持群体攻击的条件。建议对攻击类型进行更好的区分,并提出新的干预方法。虽然群体攻击表现出独特的特点,但很少有研究对其进行研究。对这些攻击的首次研究使我们能够更好地了解它们的原因和动态。
