摘要

近年来,许多监管机构都强制要求以15分钟时间段为基础进行可再生能源的预测、调度和偏差结算。根据这一规定,开发商在允许的范围内给出了准确的发电计划和预测,如果超过限制,开发商必须支付监管委员会决定的偏差费。在本文中,我们做了一个经济模型,考虑到季节变化、气候变化等因素,全年都有可能出现误差。在一定的假设条件下,我们计算出了调度和预测中可能出现的偏差费用,并在此基础上建立了调度和预测的经济模型,并用一些参数进行了验证,结果表明,强制进行太阳能预测和调度会导致收益损失在0.05%到2%之间。
