摘要

考虑到核反应堆结构材料电子结构的特殊性,提出了核反应堆结构材料中正电子湮灭过程的理论概念。Tao - Eldrup模型允许解析地计算球对称势阱中正电子的寿命,对于有限高度势阱的情况进行了修改,以扩大模型的应用范围。确定了正电子寿命与发生在点缺陷处的势阱高度和宽度的关系。在修正模型框架内得到的结果为辐照材料中正电子寿命谱的分析提供了重要信息,并为密度泛函方法定量计算的验证提供了数据。
