The research method was experimental post-test only using 18 Rattus norvegicus rats which were divided into 3 groups, namely the control group for femur fracture (Control), femoral fracture group and giving simvastatin 0.36 mg/day for 2 weeks (Treatment I), and femur fracture group and administration of simvastatin 0.36 mg/day for 4 weeks (Treatment II). ALP levels were measured at 0, 2, and 4 weeks. The results showed an increase in ALP levels in the simvastatin treatment group compared to the control group (p<0.05). 摘要

骨愈合过程的代谢可以通过骨形成标志物,如碱性磷酸盐(ALP)来监测。辛伐他汀已知可增加修复期骨标志物的形成,但其对ALP水平的影响尚不清楚。本研究旨在探讨口服辛伐他汀对大鼠股骨骨折愈合过程中ALP表达水平的影响。研究方法为实验后测,只取褐家鼠18只,分为3组,分别为股骨骨折对照组(control)、股骨骨折组(给药辛伐他汀0.36 mg/天,连续2周(治疗I)、股骨骨折组(给药辛伐他汀0.36 mg/天,连续4周(治疗II),分别于0、2、4周测定ALP水平。结果显示,辛伐他汀治疗组ALP水平明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。由此可见,辛伐他汀可提高股骨骨折大鼠ALP水平。
