The electron irradiation induced modifications in the samples were examined for structural, optical and thermal properties using X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and thermogravimetric (TGA) analysis. The XRD study revealed that the structural parameters like crystallite size, crystallinity decreases with increasing radiation dose. UV-Vis study indicates the red shift after irradiation.
