The directions for improving the ICT infrastructure for the innovative digitization of the economy were studied. In the realization of innovation potential, the features of science and technology-intensive product production were given, and the global market of high-tech products was analyzed. The issues of innovative digital development of industrial-economic systems were investigated. Emphasis was placed on the fundamentals of the development model of industrial-economic systems based on innovative digitization processes. The stages of the formation of technical and technological paradigms for the development of industrial-economic systems are given. The application features of digital twin technologies in digital transformation processes have been explained. Attention is paid to the importance of the application of digital twin technology in increasing the efficiency of innovation activity. The process of managing innovative industrial-economic systems based on digital twin technology has been investigated. The analysis of the process of using digital twins in the management of innovative industrial-economic systems was carried out. The concept of creating a digital twin, its development, and the content of continuous innovation processes have been investigated. The importance of development of the expanded architectural system of the digital twin of the innovative production enterprise, as well as the conceptual model of the digital plant, was noted. Information Technologies” (abbr RENSIT) publishes original articles, reviews and brief reports, not previously published, on topical problems in radioelectronics (including biomedical) and fundamentals of information, nano- and biotechnologies and adjacent areas of physics and mathematics. The authors of the journal are academicians, corresponding members and foreign members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) and their colleagues, as well as other russian and foreign authors on the proposal of the members of RANS, which can be obtained by the author before sending articles to the editor or after its arrival on the recommendation of a member of the editorial board or another member of the RANS, who gave the opinion on the article at the request of the editior. The editors will accept articles in both Russian and English languages. Articles are internally peer reviewed (double-blind peer review) by members of the Editorial Board. Some articles undergo external review, if necessary. Designed for researchers, graduate students, physics students of senior courses and teachers. It turns out 2 times a year (that includes 2 rooms)
