法国学术界对组织搬迁的研究较少。本研究旨在运用心理-社会环境模型探讨企业搬迁前员工的积极态度是如何形成的。更具体地说,本文分析了工作依恋和社会专业支持对搬迁预期满意度的影响,以及与最高管理层达成搬迁决定的中介作用。我们对法国一家视听公司的119名员工进行了实证研究。研究结果显示,职场依恋会抑制预期搬迁满意度,而社会专业支持会促进预期搬迁满意度。此外,对变动决定的认同调解了这些关系。
