The highest difference in cartilage thickness was observed at day 21, showing a significant increase of the proliferative layer. There were also other histomorphological changes related to occlusal plane interference. 摘要

本研究的目的是评估髁突在复合树脂咬合平面引起的下颌骨突出的组织学和形态学方面的反应。选取35周龄雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为两组。一组采用复合树脂型咬合平面诱导下颌前突,另一组为对照组,不做任何治疗。实验时间间隔为7、21、30天,分别对动物实施安乐死。为进行组织学分析,分别测量增生性层、连续性层和肥厚层的厚度。第21天软骨厚度差异最大,增生层明显增加。还有其他与咬合面干扰有关的组织形态学改变。复合咬合平面诱导髁突前移位影响软骨内成骨,增生层增加。
