The waste of bentonite clay which has been discharged as by- product waste without any minimal level of remediation which is harmful to the all environmental components in addition to that, the plant discharges air pollutants during the operation. \nLeopold matrix is a simple method in terms of applying and using, it can be used easily for a comparison among different projects and gives clarified results. Moreover, the significant characteristic is its ability to covering biological, physical, economic and social environment. \n From the results of Leopold matrix analysis, it can be observed that the maximum impact of the plant was on physical components in both quantity and importance, while there are some positive impacts on social components. 摘要

本研究的目的是对伊拉克AL-Diwaniyah市某废机油回收厂进行环境影响评价。利用利奥波德矩阵进行了评价。以膨润土为吸附剂,对废油中的杂质进行脱除。膨润土废渣作为副产物排放,没有进行任何最低限度的治理,对环境各组分都有危害,而且在运行过程中还排放大气污染物。利奥波德矩阵在应用和使用上是一种简单的方法,它可以很容易地用于不同项目之间的比较,并给出明确的结果。此外,其显著特点是能够涵盖生物、物理、经济和社会环境。从利奥波德矩阵分析的结果可以看出,在数量和重要性上,植物对物理成分的影响最大,而对社会成分的影响也有一定的积极影响。总的来说,与当地环境影响值指数最大值相比,工厂对环境造成的所有影响都是低的。
