The proposed approach can be used to calculate the solubility of a substance in an impure solvent with the known equation of its solubility in a pure solvent. A generalized mathematical model of solubility of sucrose in pure and industrial solutions has been obtained. The adequacy of the model was tested on 6 samples of impure solutions, including a water-ethanol-sucrose mixture.
