Also, to underpin the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the employment part of this area. It would be a comparative study of the countries mentioned that could shed some light on which countries managed to maintain better control regarding the pandemic impact in accommodation and food service activities. So, a first objective is to obtain a measurement of the impact of pandemic in this area in 2020. Some other objectives are to find out which country has a better annual productivity per employee. Another one, related to in which country are the most employees in this area and what are the percentages of employees from this sector in the whole economy of these 3 cases. Last but not least what could be in terms of the perspective over the next few years. 摘要

本文的目的是分析过去10年与住宿和餐饮服务业相关的一些劳动力相关指标的演变。同时,巩固COVID-19大流行对该地区就业部分的影响。这将是对上述国家的比较研究,可以揭示哪些国家能够更好地控制疫情对住宿和食品服务活动的影响。因此,第一个目标是获得2020年该地区大流行影响的衡量指标。其他一些目标是找出哪个国家的人均年生产率更高。另一个是哪个国家这个领域的雇员最多这个部门的雇员在整个经济中所占的百分比。最后但并非最不重要的是未来几年的前景。在方法上,文献研究主要以Google Scholar平台为主要来源,实证研究则以各国国家机构的统计数据网站为主要来源。
