摘要

本文设计并制作了一种基于SPM的新型生化传感器。生化传感器采用SPM头作为探头部分,将微悬臂梁上的物理变化量转化为电信号,最后转化为图像。在实验中,利用基于SPM的生化传感器检测PBS溶液中的两种ssDNA分子。通过对比我们的实验数据和其他实验数据可以看出,用这种生化传感器检测溶液中未知的DNA分子和其他化学或生物分子是高效和实用的
