The validity of the final overall model was evaluated using the statistics and acceptable fit of the measurement model to the data has been demonstrated. Based on the outcomes, the factors with the highest direct effect on Intention to use M-learning appeared to be Attitude toward using M-learning, while the factor with the highest indirect effect on Intention to use M-learning appeared to be Compatibility. The main findings of the study are: trust factor has a significant stronger impact on PEOU and PU. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨影响约旦学生接受和使用移动学习的关键因素。本研究将技术接受模型(TAM)与服务品质因子相结合。主要数据收集自487份有效问卷,随机发放给四个城市的约旦学生。收集数据的分析采用SPSS软件。利用统计数据对最终整体模型的有效性进行了评估,并证明了测量模型与数据的可接受拟合。从结果来看,对移动学习意向直接影响最大的因素是使用移动学习的态度,而对移动学习意向间接影响最大的因素是兼容性。研究的主要发现是:信任因素对PEOU和PU的影响显著增强。PEOU和PU对顾客态度的影响更强,顾客态度进而影响学生使用M学习服务的意愿。
