The dosing rate of this chemical was controlled according to the treatment system depend mainly on the monitoring of LI & RI indexes for (30) days treatment in the cooling tower unit of Al-Dora Oil refinery-Baghdad. The corrosion rate and the corrosion inhibitors efficiency were calculated by measurement of weight loss in standard test coupon (AISI 1010). After 30 day of the Field Test, the result show that the treatment program performance was effective in the corrosion & scale inhibition through an acceptable corrosion rate less than 0.018 in gmd. 摘要

本文以以(Na2HPO4)磷酸钠为缓蚀剂,(C6H11NaO7) glocunate钠为缓蚀剂和分散剂的商品(Kurita S2050)为研究对象,对缓蚀剂和阻垢剂的效果进行了评价。在巴格达Al-Dora炼油厂冷却塔装置(30)天的处理过程中,主要依靠对LI和RI指标的监测,根据处理系统控制该化学品的投加速率。通过测定标准试样(AISI 1010)的失重量,计算了缓蚀剂的腐蚀速率和缓蚀剂效率。经过30天的现场试验,结果表明,该处理方案在缓蚀阻垢方面效果显著,腐蚀速率小于0.018 / gmd。并利用人工神经网络对腐蚀速率结果进行统计分析,建立了腐蚀速率识别的预测方程。
