TIMP-1 markedly increased (7and 14 days, p<0.01) and stayed at a high levelto28th day. 摘要

观察养阴益气合剂对博来霉素所致肺纤维化的影响。将SD大鼠随机分为:模型组(蒸馏水,1 mL·0.1 kg-1)、醋酸地塞米松组(醋酸地塞米松,剂量逐渐减少)、低剂量组(阳阴益气合剂,11 g·kg-1)、中剂量组(阳阴益气合剂,22 g·kg-1)、高剂量组(阳阴益气合剂,44 g·kg-1)和对照组(蒸馏水,1 mL·0.1 kg-1)。给予养阴益气合剂和醋酸地塞米松灌胃。取肺组织进行组织病理学检查。与对照组相比,模型组第7天胶原蛋白显著升高,hyp含量显著升高(p<0.01)。第28天胶原弥漫性沉积,肺泡破坏,HYP含量显著升高(p<0.01)。与模型组比较,博莱霉素致损伤后第7、14天MMP-9表达迅速升高(p<0.01)。第7天和第14天,TIMP-1显著升高(p<0.01),并维持在高水平至第28天。养阴益气合剂具有抗肺纤维化作用,其作用机制可能是通过抑制mmp -9和TIMP-1的表达来预防胶原沉积。
