The proposed method is based on relay feedback self-tuning identification and has double-loop control structure. According to the time delay and large time constant features of thermostat regulation, Dahlin control algorithm is applied to the inner loop to stabilize the process. To compensate the ringing response of Dahlin control and improve the robustness of the overall system, IMC control algorithm is applied to the outer loop. The parameters of Dahlin controller and IMC controller are optimized with LQR (Linear Quadratic Regulator) algorithm. The proposed method has been applied to develop a temperature regulator based on C2B8SNFA MCU (Micro Controller Unit) for thermostat. 摘要

本文提出了一种基于继电器反馈自整定辨识的内模控制-达林温度控制方法。该方法基于继电器反馈自整定辨识,具有双环控制结构。针对恒温调节的时滞和时间常数大的特点,将Dahlin控制算法应用于内环,实现过程的稳定。为了补偿Dahlin控制的振铃响应,提高整个系统的鲁棒性,外环采用了IMC控制算法。采用LQR (Linear Quadratic Regulator)算法对Dahlin控制器和IMC控制器的参数进行优化。该方法已应用于基于C2B8SNFA单片机的温控器温度调节器的开发。实际应用结果验证了所提出的方法和所研制的温控器的可行性和有效性。
