摘要

在5、50、200、800和4 000 L搅拌槽发酵罐中异养培养普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris),与批量培养相比,细胞密度和产量显著提高。细胞干重质量浓度最高达43.31 g/L。比生长速率为0.069 h~(-1)。细胞产量为0.62 g/(L·h)。结果表明,普通小球藻可以在搅拌槽发酵中进行异养生产,用于商业用途。
