Prognosis are difficult to predict. Complete blood count (CBC) is a basic examination that can be done in almost all medical facility. 简介:突发性耳聋是指在72小时内发生的三个连续频率至少为30db或以上的突发性感音神经性听力损失(SSNHL)。10-15%是由基础疾病引起的，而其他是特发性的。预后很难预测。全血细胞计数(CBC)是一项基本检查，几乎在所有医疗机构都可以完成。很少有研究显示患者与对照组的红细胞压积、NLR、PLR、MLR、RDW和MPV有显著差异。方法:本研究为回顾性病例对照研究设计的分析性研究。结果:登巴萨Sanglah总医院突发性感音神经性耳聋患者与对照组的红细胞压积、NLR、PLR水平存在差异(p<0.05, CI 95%)。结论:登巴萨Sanglah总医院突发性耳聋患者与对照组的红细胞压积、NLR、PLR水平存在差异。
