From XRD data X-ray diffraction patterns confirms the orthorhombic phase. From scanning electron microscopy study it shows irregular shape of nanoparticles and crystallinity increases from 36 nm to 56 nm. From optical property studies the blue shift in UV-Visible spectrum of Co:α-Sb2O4 NS is due to overloading of Co ions which intern creates lattice defects. 摘要

本文报道了以CoCl3 (0.1M)和SbCl3 (0.1M)按1:2的比例制备钴掺杂锑基纳米复合材料的合成和光学研究。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、x射线衍射(XRD)和紫外可见光谱(UV-Visible spectroscopy)对合成的纳米复合材料(NS)进行了分析。制备的Co:α-Sb2O4纳米复合材料结晶性良好,平均粒径为35 ~ 56 nm。x射线衍射图证实其为正交相。扫描电镜研究表明,纳米颗粒形状不规则,结晶度从36 nm增加到56 nm。从光学性质研究来看,Co:α-Sb2O4 NS紫外可见光谱中的蓝移是由于Co离子过载导致晶格缺陷所致。Co:α-Sb2O4 NS(10%)的直接光学带隙(Eg)为3.28 eV。
