Purpose: This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of methanol extract of Jati belanda leaves (Guazuma ulmifolia Lam) on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria. Methods: Antibacterial activity test in this study was carried out using the well method, Staphylococcus aureus bacteria and Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria as test microbes in this study, positive control (chloramphenicol), 20% DMSO negative control and five concentration groups namely 100%, 50%, 25%, 12.5% ​​and 6.25% from methanol extract of Jati belanda leaves (Guazuma ulmifolia Lam).
