The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodology is developed to improve the return of investment rates within organization. Unfortunately, usage of modern Information Technology doesn't solve such problems in the Middle East countries and especially Egypt and doesn't realize the expected results. The limitations and drawbacks of IT projects refer mainly to the dependency on plan-driven team software process methodology that could not achieve frequently requirement changes of customers and usually exceeds estimated budget of the project. 摘要

威胁组织的实际问题是过多的不必要的组织过程。开发业务流程再造(BPR)方法是为了提高组织内的投资回报率。BPR指导重新安排流程和删除不必要的流程,并将剩余的流程整合为线性开放系统。遗憾的是,在中东国家,尤其是埃及,现代信息技术的使用并没有解决这些问题,也没有达到预期的效果。IT项目的局限性和弊端主要是依赖于计划驱动的团队软件过程方法,无法实现客户频繁的需求变更,并且经常超出项目的预算。为了避免这些缺点,本研究采用了使用虚拟团队软件流程工作提供商的极限编程方法,并将提出的混合方法应用于埃及苏伊士运河管理局的三个主要部门。
