Many studies have assessed the role of the number of remaining walls, the influence of tooth location, post type, post cementation strategy and the type of final restoration. The aim of this review was to evaluate how many Randomized Clinical Trials (RCTs) take into account the role of occlusion in endodontically treated teeth (ETT) rehabilitation. \nMaterials and methods RCTs for ETT restored with fiber post were searched for in Medline/PubMed and Cochrane Library. No time limitation was applied. Aim The restoration of root filled teeth is a challenge in dentistry. Many studies have assessed the role of the number of remaining walls, the influence of tooth location, post type, post cementation strategy and the type of final restoration.
